Arts & Crafts Experience
An immersive hands-on experience where you'll discover the rich Nakota heritage through learning traditional practices. We will begin with a special protocol to honor the Nakota traditions and set the tone for the experience. You'll gain insights into the significance and symbolism behind beadwork, connecting you to the cultural roots of the Nakota people.
During the experience, our skilled facilitator will guide you through learning the basics of traditional beadwork and help you clarify any aspects of the beading process or the cultural significance behind it. You will receive a carefully curated bead kit with easy to follow, step-by-step instructions and everything you need to create your own keyring or medicine wheel.
Spend time both learning and creating, offering you a chance to take home a tangible reminder of your connection to Nakota traditions. Immerse yourself in the artistry of beadwork and leave with a cherished keepsake that embodies the spirit of the Nakota people.
